Hm. Could you describe how the issues with IPv6 might differ from the
issues with IPv4?

Name one way in which "IPV6 lends itself to cloaked PVC type
communications", then show how IPv6 is any different from IPv4.

That may be true for IP generally, but it is not a distinguishing
feature of IPv6. If those are concerns, they are just as much concerns
now, with IPv4, as they are for IPv6.
I could be wrong, but I'm starting to smell FUD in the air...
