I see no difference between IPv4 and IPv6 in this respect, but I'm not a
Mobile IPv6 guru... Could you be more specific?

I have read it and am none the wiser as to why you feel this is an IPv6
problem. Or indeed a problem at all. In any case, Mobile IPv6 is a very
specific use of IPv6; even if it were evil incarnate, it's hardly
sufficient evidence for characterising IPv6 generally of "lending itself
to cloaked PVC type communications".

Mobile IPv6, since it doesn't require a foreign agent, obviates the need
for triangular routing. It's one of the big benefits of IPv6. You seem
to be saying that something that doesn't work in IPv4 makes IPv6 a
security problem. Hm, yes, well, I can see it flapping its wings, but it
doesn't seem to be flying just yet...
