"High speed broadband" is becoming a more common term.

The optimist would say that the term recognises that bandwidth is
independent of speed. You can have very slow links with very high
bandwidth, as per the old saying that one should never underestimate the
bandwidth of a stationwagon full of nine-track tapes.

The cynic would say it's because marketing has just realised that most
people have no clue what either "broadband" or "bandwidth" mean, so they
tacked some sizzle on to the wording in the brochure...
