Not much in the UK media about this, as far as I can tell. It
still seems to be a "tech" story. I wonder if people are just too
attached to their smartphones to want to think about this too
much. (I still don't have one, though I do have an iPod Touch,
which is basically an iPhone without the phone.)
I went to a talk by Richard Stallman a month ago, on digital
rights quite broadly. Even I came away thinking he might be worrying
a bit too much, but then Carrier IQ surfaced... As I tweeted,
"whenever I think Richard Stallman is paranoid, reality corrects me".
