As Eckhardt's video demonstrated on two different phones, not only was
the software and its related settings difficult to find, it could not
be turned off. When the "disable app" button was pressed, nothing happened.
The CIQ monitoring continued.
And of course, as Scott indicated, the software did not transmit any
logged data. This is because Eckhardt was paranoid enough to ensure the
phones were offline during his tests.
