Ha.  Labor should have proposed an "NBN" that provided for city dwellers
only, waited calmly for outrage of the rural socialists to reach a
deafening level, then relented and extended to a universal service at great
cost.

In other news: Productivity Commision declares public sewerage systems
uneconomic.
