QUT certainly did. I had dinner with one of their senior administrators last night.

They are unable to move back into many multi-storey buildings (some for weeks) due to the fire detection and suppressant machinery being either clogged with silt, or waterlogged. Much of the building machinery requires major overhaul, and there is a huge backlog due to the number of buildings requiring either total refits, or repair, and inspection.

The upper storeys are all fine, apparently, but because of OH&S issues, they won't be able to move in for some time.
