That one would be worth raising with whoever governs these things.
Seems a stupid rule since there is absolutely NO navigation going on
when you're on the ground. AND one can turn one's phone ON once
you're on the ground after landing, so why not these devices as well?
Sounds like time for some common sense adjustment of a hold-over regulation.
