Really? I've actually found them quite a neat solution with most of the
benefits of all-in-one units while de-coupling the monitor and the PC for
simpler upgrades.

The only issue I've experienced is that mounting the PC usually uses the
same mounting point (VESA mount?) that would normally be used to put the
monitor on a wall or arm, so you can't have your cake and eat it too.
