I left the front page for the site on browser, forgot about it and went off

I returned to a computer that was running hot, with the browser using about 50%
of available CPU. I closed down the Global Mail page and things returned to normal,
i.e. 4% CPU busy.

Nope, I am not interested in a site that idles at 46% CPU busy. Acursed Javascript
be blamed, over-revered and under-experienced web designers be damned.
