Hi,
I noted at work this afternoon I was unable to access several sites, including SMH,
eBay, Google and some other minor names.  I thought it was our proxy system 
but it wasn't clear, because I did get a proxy error status page on one site and the 
rest timed out.  

I suspect there was an issue with DNS or a more local problem to do with routing,
but I have also noted poor performance at home now as well....
