[LINK] Au sites and resources serious lagging

Can't say about Qatar, but the blocks here appear pretty much to be domain
based, with dangerous places such as Tumblr & Flicker. So links from google
& amazon are served but google results in dead ends.
I would have to add one doesn't invest too much effort trying to test the
boundaries :)

I learned that recently when a student living in Qatar advised me he
couldn't access some of our readings from the Internet Archive
because it is blocked by the national proxy. I had never thought of
that source as a subversive collection of information! Managing that
network must be a nightmare. What about Google results? Amazon?
