[LINK] ADSL problems with AAPT/Pacnet, NSW

Hi,
my ADSL2+ connection has been down since 12:30AM Sunday morning.
My contract is with Pacific Internet, who seems to have recently done some 
partnering with AAPT.

The first I heard of this, was a couple of weeks ago, with a "migration" that I knew 
about.  This migration took out my phone service (telstra landline) and I had to play
call centre ping pong to get it back - they were insistent that the problem was with
my end, although I could get line synch etc.  Finally it was resolved with no answer 
except that AAPT and Telstra played blame game with each other.

Now this weekend I have my phone, but no ADSL since Sunday.  There was no notification 
of a problem and today I find out that there is a NSW wide issue with ADSL related to 
Pacific Internet and likely AAPT.

I can't find any info online about this, or what happened and no time for 
a resolution.  I was wondering if anyone on Link has any ideas?!

I have realised I am so connected, grateful to be at work for a change
to do my online stuff!  I am lost without it!
