[LINK] Telstra introduces Paper Invoice and payment charges (again)

Anyone else still with Telstra?

While trying to enquire about a spurious call charge on my bill I cam across info saying Telstra is 
going to start charging $3.20 for paper bills and over the counter payments.

I have struggled to ascertain whether this applies to my plan and have just sent them an enquiry. 
They have sent an acknowledgement but it doesn't include what my query was - anyway I guess Gerd is 
onto it:.
