[Mihalic] Another TP dictionary

This is an interesting site, as they attempt (apparently) to include all languages.  They list words that occur in the target language, each as a hyperlink.  When you go to the link, you get that word's definition in any language in which it occurs.  

It's a bit curious that they include "New Guinea Pidgin English" and "Tok Pisin" as separate languages.  In the random examples that I looked up, they sometimes included different senses of the word under one language or the other, but usually legitimate translations of the TP word.

Does anyone know why it's done that way, or any more about this project?
