Hi everyone,

With the start of the new academic year our Tok Pisin lunches are back! 🙂

Tok Pisin lunches are informal gatherings, meant to bring together people who like Tok Pisin and have some interest or connection with PNG (researchers, students... from all around the campus and beyond) and are happy to forget about English for an hour, and chat in Tok Pisin instead. Your level of proficiency doesn't matter, everyone's welcome and we'll try to accommodate you. Everyone brings their own lunch or coffee, or comes along just so.

We’ll be catching up every Thursday at 12:30 in the barbecue area to the left of Menzies library. If it rains or the weather gets wild in any way, we’ll be meeting in Coombs Tea Room.

Please extend this invitation to anyone who might like to join us and let your students know about it – all welcome!
